Numerous organizations are struggling with increasing numbers of retirements, let alone attrition and low employee engagement. Within the multi-disciplinary field of Knowledge Management (KM), there are over 14 processes that focus on Knowledge Transfer and Knowledge Retention. These processes have been validated to ensure 91% of unique and critical knowledge is maintained in organizational memory – thus ensuring continued productivity and customer satisfaction during overwhelming job movements. John Hovell has a passion for Knowledge Management and has been practicing in the fields of KM, Organization Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and Project Management for over 20 years. Join us on July 28th at 6pm where we will use a Knowledge Café format to learn, practice and discuss premiere Knowledge Transfer and Retention processes. Ideally, this is a process that you can immediately take back and implement in your organization to resolve a major organizational challenge!
