Our daily lives have been turned upside down.

Despite our circumstances, we must admit this pandemic has caused many to pause (intentionally or unintentionally). It has many professionals in a space mentally, professionally and emotionally rethinking what's possible. As a career strategist, Natasha OrtizFortier, has helped many clients explore their current landscape as well as navigating the next steps in their careers.

This session will explore:

  • Post-pandemic, what do we want to produce? 

  • Are we taking the time to be reflective in our lives as it relates to work and quality of life?

  • Learning to flexible and courageous enough to consider new possibilities and opportunities

  • The importance of crafting a vision, and cultivating a new approach to your career

For more than a decade, Natasha Ortiz Fortier, Founder & Chief Career Strategist, has worked with the “careerly confused” who experience fear, lack confidence, frustration, stress and/or anxiousness as they embark on the first step or next phase in their career and professional journey. Thru a holistic and empowering advisory style combined with practical easy to understand process and implementation strategies, clients design their career pathways and achieve career success on their terms.

Natasha provides career advising, talks, workshops and strategy sessions to colleges/universities, nonprofits and associations

As a certified Myers-Briggs Facilitator, Natasha works with individuals and teams to improve performance and create positive/productive working relationships. She has earned her BA at Morgan State University, and holds a Graduate degree from the University of Baltimore. Natasha also serves on the Executive Board of Afya Baltimore, Inc (BCPS Charter Schools).
