Kinday Toto is the Founder and President of RuachTM Business Management Consulting, LLC. whose mission is to reset the world, one organization at a time.  As Founder and President, Kinday manages strategic relationships and leads and oversees implementation efforts.  She creates an engagement culture that focuses on helping teams fulfill the organizational mission, vision, and value-driven goals.  She focuses on building growth efforts, executive planning, and provides strategic advice.  

Kinday establishes and measures overall organizational performance with the purpose of shaping long-term sustainability, and credible business practices.  She has expertise in data analyses with a specific focus on information technology, human capital, and fleet management.  Kinday has demonstrable experience in successfully leading organizations through transformational efforts to implement high-level initiatives in large and diverse organizations.  Her experience is layered across the private and public sectors as well as across industries. 

Kinday holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park; an Executive MBA from Loyola College in Maryland, a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and is a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance. She is also a change management professional certified in Prosci methodology and is a Modern Classroom Certified Trainer.
