Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Job Aids (in 90 Minutes or Less!). This session will look at what job aids are, when and why they make sense to use, and different types of job aids. This will be a practical and interactive session. At the end of this session, you will be able to distinguish between different types of job aids, identify what type of job aid best suits what performance situation, describe what a job aid is, and explain the rationale for using job aids (ie: when to use ‘em).
We will raffle off Joe’s book on Job Aids Basic – Second Edition.

Joe Willmore is President of the Willmore Consulting Group, based in Annandale, Virginia. He’s a former President of the Metro DC Chapter and former member of the ATD Board of Directors.
