At the beginning of 2020, you likely had several offerings you were planning on executing in the first and second quarter, and beyond. How has the pandemic changed client requests or your planned offerings? Whether you are an internal consultant or an external consultant running your own business, the pandemic has forced organizations into digital transformation. As a result, clients are likely asking you for a different level of support. In this session, we will:

  • Review the top skills needed by businesses in 2020, noted at the beginning of the year by LinkedIn, as well as, the skills noted in several articles been posted since late April about important skills for employees in a post-pandemic world Discuss current requests you are getting from clients
  • Share ideas for pivoting effectively when new requests differ from what you were/are working on (so you can deliver what is needed now without losing current work/effort)
  • Discuss how you can or should approach clients with suggestions of topics to offer, if requests are not being made

Join us as we discuss changes to the learning landscape because of the pandemic and how we can be adaptable, resourceful, and resilient.
