Are you a teacher, instructor, talent development professional or otherwise speaker who intends to reach an audience of various participants?  How can you ensure the learning environment or climate you operate remains positive? And Why is it important?

Creating the best environment and communication medium to reach intended audiences is important to ensuring Adult learners feel motivated during Training Delivery & Facilitation.  A positive Learning environment yields to learners being captivated and engaged and will keep them interested and focused.  When the environment is positive, establishes a supportive learning culture, addresses the learner’s needs, promotes feedback, celebrates successes and is safe, intrinsic motivation is fulfilled.

Join us as we discuss best practices. This session will guide you through creating a positive learning climate.
