Lynda is a Grants & Assistance Instructor for Management Concept, Inc., a Virginia-based provider of career development, performance improvement, and human capital solutions for the public sector. Mrs. Keita also serves as a Grants Policy Analyst for the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). She teaches federal, pass-through and recipient personnel important concepts about Grants Management. Such concepts include appropriation laws, federal assistance law, audits, detecting and preventing fraud, monitoring, closeouts, indirect costs, uniform administrative requirements, internal control, cost principles, and more...
At HHS, part of Lynda’s role includes ensuring policies are adequately reflected in funding announcements and other policy documents. She implements HHS policies for a subagency and works on special policy projects and initiatives. Lynda has over 13 years of progressive Grants experience in various federal agencies.
Mrs. Keita received her law degree from the George Washington University and her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park.
