Coaching and Intuition

What is intuition and its role in coaching? How does intuition operate in executive decision-making? To be effective a coach must understand how their own intuition works during the coaching process as well as the intuition of the client.

Our session will focus on the role of implicit learning and how it is the foundation for intuition. We'll also discuss the role of explicit learning.
