Learn seven cultural intelligence factors you need to know and use when you deal with learning and business clients, suppliers, or partners in countries and cultures different than yours.

Fernando Sanchez will share his own experience in business, coaching, and training interactions with people in more than 70 countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas.

About our Speaker

With 20 years of experience in Learning and Performance Improvement, Fernando has conducted key-note speeches, learning experiences and coaching interactions in more than 70 countries. Since 1988 he has served multinational and large national companies, government units and universities in the fields of cross-cultural leadership, learning, change and innovation. Currently serves as Chief Learning & Human Strategy Officer of Grupo Lukiven (GL), a Venezuelan provider of products and services for the oil and gas industry, where he leads its Corporate University (UCEN) and MEJORAR, an international research, learning and development center. He is currently part of the Doctoral Program on Work-based Learning Leadership at Wharton School and the Graduate School of Education (GSE) of the University of Pennsylvania. Fernando is a former member of the ASTD board.
