As the year 2021 opens diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) remain top of list for Human Resources and Learning and Development Professionals, followed by technological innovations. So what else is in store for 2021? The panel lead by well known experts in Talent Development will present their insights based on their research and experience.

Several of the speakers' books will be raffled including Jonathan Hall's Confession of a Corporate Trainer and an ATD Research Guide on Industry Trends.

Presenters:  Jonathan Halls, Author, Lecturer, Consultant; Maria Ho, Associate Director, ATD Research Program; Mason Holloway, Vice President, Deltek University

Jonathan Halls helps training and talent functions with change management and skills development related to the changing nature of workplace learning. He consults, coaches and runs workshops in learning, talent strategy, and digital media. The author of five books on topics workplace learning and digital media, he is based in the Washington Metro area. With 30 years doing talent development in 25 countries, he was formerly a learning executive at the BBC and today is an adjunct professor at George Washington University.

Maria Ho is an Associate Director at ATD. She serves as ATD’s senior research program strategist and designer and provides oversight and direction for all of ATD’s internal and external, industry specific, and market research services. Prior to joining ATD in 2014, Maria was a public policy researcher, data analyst, and writer at the Pew Charitable Trusts in Washington, D.C. Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University and a master’s degree in economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Mason Holloway, Vice President, Deltek University, guides Deltek University including organizational change and user adoption services for Deltek in the mission of customer education. He is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, strategy development, performance improvement, and change management. Under his leadership, Deltek University delivers cutting edge learning solutions and user adoption services to some of the world’s largest companies and top government agencies. Mason is co-author of Performance DNA™, and the FAST Methodology for managing organizational change. Performance DNA™ has been widely adopted internationally and is the only methodology taught in the Association for Talent Development’s prestigious HPI certificate program, where he serves as a leading facilitator. Mason has helped dozens of clients address critical business challenges in over 30 countries. His clients have included the U.S. Government, Dell, ServiceMaster, ADP, and Microsoft. He is also subject matter expert for Volume 3 of ASTD’s Learning System.
