The Mayo Clinic has found that our immediate supervisor has more impact on our health than our primary care physician! That's a lot of influence. It has to do with the atmosphere and the culture of the team/organization. Attend this session to learn ways to assess your company or team culture, learn why it matters, what the impact is on the people, and how to improve the atmosphere. We work 40-50 years in our lifetimes, sometimes longer! So let's do all we can to make it great!

Presenter: Dana Vogelmeier

Dana Vogelmeier believes everyone should feel good about going to work and feel fulfilled at the end of the day. When they do, the company performs better, the employee feels better, and everything outside of work feels better, too. She launched Vogelmeier Consulting in 2016 after working for 33 years for a Fortune 50 company where she honed her leadership through successes, failures, and examples of others. During her tenure she worked for more than 25 years leading teams. She currently takes that leadership experience to help other teams develop workplaces that people love. Her area of expertise is in employee engagement. Dana holds an undergraduate degree in Business, a master’s degree in Leadership, a designation of Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and is a facilitator for The Association of Talent Development. (ATD) She is actively involved at the local and national level with the Association of Talent Development and with Rotary International.
