Where does an employee’s sense of psychological safety come from? The answer isn’t “from their interactions with their L&D department”. Psychological safety is created and lost in the environment in which people do their work, and as learning and development professionals we naturally operate outside of that environment. So, what is it that we can do from our peripheral vantage point to enhance the feelings of psychological safety within the teams and organizations that we support?

Join us for an interesting and engaging session on strategies and tactics for enhancing psychological safety in the workplace.
