This event aligns with the Personal, Professional  and Organizational Application of ATD's Talent Development Capability Model.

Effectively managing any remote working relationship is challenging, however putting in the extra effort to build a solid relationship with one's manager can yield big results. It all comes down to communication. This one-hour webinar will explore four communication strategies for successfully managing up. Whether you want to improve your own relationship or you are training others to build their skills, you will learn how to best communicate workflow, set expectations, offer support, and appropriately receive and give feedback.

Presenter:  Lori Muhlstein

Lori Muhlstein is an independent trainer focusing on critical communication skills such as public speaking, thinking on your feet, impactful interpersonal communication, team collaboration, and customer engagement.
