Digital transformation has revolutionized the way that organizations operate, and it will completely transform the workforce over the next few years. What does that mean for leaders? How must leaders adapt and develop to lead in a digital world? In this session, Citibank’s Chief Data Governance Officer discusses her experiences in helping both private- and public-sector organizations address those issues and effect the digital transformation of their business. She’ll guide you through a process to move leaders from awareness to data savvy to developing others and transforming the organization. You’ll walk away with the answers to your burning questions, an understanding of where your organization and leaders are in the process of becoming data savvy, and a plan for developing leaders to take the next step toward digital transformation.
