Organizations that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion take a holistic and sustained approach to embedding DEI into every thread of the institutional fabric. Stand alone, one-off training will not lead to long-lasting change. In fact, in some cases, research indicates it can actually create more damage. In this session, we will explore best practices for leaders to make diversity, equity, and inclusion a significant and lasting part of the organizational culture.

Speaker:  Maria Morukian, President and Founder, MSM Global Consulting, LLC
