Today’s government workforce is grappling with unprecedented change: disruption from technology, new demands, new threats, and new direction from a new administration. To address these challenges, the Biden administration is looking to OPM to develop and support the government workforce needed to fulfill its vision. So, what does the future look like for government workers? And how is OPM preparing government workers for that future? Join the DCATD Chapter for a lively discussion with Peter Bonner, Associate Director of OPM’s Human Resources Solutions as he shares his vision and agenda for developing and supporting a government workforce that meets the needs of today while building for tomorrow. In addition, you’ll hear from agency Chief Learning Officers and Chief Human Capital Officers as they translate Peter’s vision into specific actions for their agencies and for industry.  Catch a glimpse of the exciting future ahead for government workers. And bring your own burning questions to get answered.

Peter Bonner is the Associate Director, Human Resources Solutions, at the Office of Personnel Management under the Biden-Harris Administration.

In this capacity, he leads the design, development, implementation, and measurement of the Center for Leadership Development, the Federal Staffing Center, Human Capital Industry Services, Human Resources Strategy and Evaluation Solutions and Human Capital Category Management.
