The Training Officers Consortium (TOC) is hosting their Annual Institute in April, April 26 - 28, hosted virtually by @TOC1938. The Metro DC Chapter of ATD is proud to be an Exhibitor/Sponsor at #TOCAI2021! You will find the Metro DC ATD sponsor’s booth in the Exhibitors Hall. This year, the Institute will be hosted virtually from 9 am - 5 pm beginning Monday, April 26. The mission of the Training Officers Consortium is to provide premier professional development programs to strengthen networking forums for the Federal Government learning community, thereby providing a highly effective workforce. #TOCAI2021 is the flagship event hosted by TOC. The theme for this year is Workforce 2021: Lighting the Torch; Carrying the Flame. The Institute will nurture the flame of learning and help you spread knowledge throughout your organization. This event promises to be three days filled with 30 stellar concurrent sessions, dynamic keynote speakers, and lots of networking.
