January is too late to start thinking about your goals because that’s when you should be actioning them. So we’re taking the opportunity for this session to come together and brainstorm our goals for 2022 before the end-of-year chaos begins. Join a supportive group of your fellow ATD members to set your personal and professional goals for 2022, led by Independent Consultant co-leads Christina Eanes and Kelly Ann Smith.

Christina Eanes is on a mission to help others achieve more in life – mainly by getting out of their own way – as an author, speaker, podcast and YouTube channel host, and an array of professional development programs. Through her products and services, she inspires others to take responsibility for their success at work and home. Along with her team, she provides invaluable strategies that lead to better professional and personal relationships, improved communication skills, and, ultimately, increased productivity in accomplishing individual and organizational goals.
Before founding her own company, through more than fifteen years of public service with a California police department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Christina worked on an array of programs, including the FBI’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Program and the FBI’s Leadership Development Program, where her teams helped train thousands of leaders.
Christina has published three books: Quit Bleeping Around: 77 Secrets to Superachieving (2015); The Secret To Super Productivity: *Time Is Not Your Most Limiting Resource (2018); and Life Is An Escape Room: Apply Lessons Learned from Successful Escapeletes to Achieving More in Life (2020).
Maurine Kwende, is the CEO and Founder of EMK Learning Solutions LLC. Maurine is also a John Maxwell certified leadership coach, speaker and DISC consultant and speaks at many conferences and events on various topics including leadership, communication, motivation, career development, entrepreneurship, training and development and learning technologies. Maurine helps empower women to not only dream big but actually get to live their purpose boldly and unapologetically. Maurine is passionate about community engagement and impact. Maurine hosts the Empowerment Minutes podcast available on itunes, Spotify and Podbean. Maurine has over 15 years of experience in learning and development. Her areas of consulting expertise include eLearning development, instructional design, strategic planning, Training and Development, performance improvement, coaching, leadership development, DISC, organizational development, scrum and agile project management. Maurine is currently a PhD Candidate in Learning Technologies Design Research at George Mason University with research interests in artificial intelligence, user experience design and augmented reality.
