A central challenge faced by every organization today is generating more creative ideas and then turning those ideas into productive innovations. Training professionals have a special responsibility to help their organization achieve these two interconnected objectives.

Steve Gottlieb, Founder and President of VisionMining, will offer a clear roadmap to help you understand how to do this. Using his own photographs as a simple but powerful metaphor, he explains both the keys to maximizing creativity and innovation and the multitude of myths, misconceptions and habits that hold most people back. In addition, he will lead the entire group in a “photo assignment” (cameras provided) that reveals, in an entertaining and concrete way, the specific attitudes and techniques that are needed for individuals and teams, leaders and staffers, to establish a highly creative workplace environment
