Our recent survey revealed that marketing to clients and prospects is the seen as the single most critical issue facing members of this group.  We have all had our share of marketing successes (otherwise we would not continue to be in business!), and we have all surely had our share of marketing failures, or mis-steps.

In this session, we will share our experiences using the 'Failshare' technique - by talking about the marketing efforts that did not succeed.  We will tease out insights and lessons that we can all use to shape successful marketing efforts going forward.

Come prepared to share at least one story or example of a marketing mis-step, and leave with a host of new ideas to fire up your marketing efforts in 2012!

This session will be facilitated by SIG leader Michael Randel (michael@RandelConsultingAssociates.com).
