This event aligns with the Organizational Application of ATD's Talent Development Capability Model.

Being present online is just as important as being present in person. Consumers are turning to the internet to search for a specific product, service, and/or reading a review on a company before pushing the check out or sign-up button. Even with owning a brick and mortar business, it’s still important to have that online presence to bridge the gap with your customers. This session will help you explore strategies for successfully innovating your brand and execute a strategy to promote your business strong in order to build credibility, trustworthiness, and a supportive online community that will boost up your brand’s reputation. You will come out of this session knowing a strategy for defining what type of brand you are, create and manage the right tools that will help you connect to lasting customer relationships with a trustworthy presence, and overall be able to fully establish your business brand within the services and products you are representing.
