A global study by Oracle and Workplace Intelligence found that 78% of professionals (from front-line employees to the C-Suite) reported that mental health was negatively impacted by the pandemic. But even as the world attempts to return to a new normal, there is still great cause for concern. In a global study of full-time employees by the Limeade Institute, 100% of respondents had some level of anxiety about returning to work, and less than one-third of individual contributors responding felt strongly supported by managers and leaders in improving well-being.

Whether of global scale or the daily operational disruptions that arise, a crisis creates uncertainty, extraordinary anxiety and stress. The result? You have difficultly shifting psychologically, emotionally, and productively. According to the American Institute of Stress, the impact of stress costs organizations as much as $300 billion each year in higher absenteeism, higher health care costs, and higher turnover. Failure to respond constructively and effectively in an environment of constant change and challenge increases the likelihood of potential negative long-term effects.

Based on her new book, Resilience Ready: The Leader’s Guide to Thriving Through Unrelenting Crises, Vivian will introduce the keys to power-up your resilience, minimize stress and overwhelm, and thrive into the future. Be Resiliency Ready!

Join Vivian for this hands-on, interactive workshop as she lays the groundwork to:

  • Inspire a shift in mindset to the possibilities in your present and future, recharging your courage to move forward in an increasingly volatile environment.
  • Examine how the 5 Resilience Ready Principles --- Perspective, Purpose, Perseverance, Partnership, Praise --- can empower your wellbeing and capacity to Thrive.
As this will be an interactive session, please ensure you have a Google account so you can use Jamboard, a collaboration tool.
