This event aligns with the Personal and Professional Application of ATD's Talent Development Capability Model.

Is the voice in your head serving you? Who is driving your personal and professional development bus? During this session, we’ll introduce the obstacles that could be holding you back and share tips to reframe the negative talk to positive! Through mental agility and frequent practice we have the ability to shift our mindsets to better cope with today’s VUCA world and put our best self in the driver seat!

Learning Objectives:

  • You will learn about Mental Agility and how shifting focus and mindset leads to lower stress and increased happiness
  • You will learn the 3 Core Muscles of Mental Fitness
  • You will learn about the 9 Saboteurs and the Judge that hold you back from fully reaching your potential
  • You will walk away with tips to reframe your thinking

Presenter: Lei Cornerford

Lei partners with individuals, teams and organizations to amplify and elevate their communication skills, relationships, and leadership effectiveness. With healthcare and hospitality industry experience and a passion for learning & development, Lei brings 15 collective years of coaching, mentoring, consulting, training and facilitation experience to her audience and clients.

She is known for being a thought partner and has a passion for helping others reach beyond their goals through increased self-awareness with an objective to empower effectiveness and engagement with each attendee or client!

She is a master facilitator certified in a variety of assessment tools, holds the ACC accreditation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a John Maxwell Team Certified Speaker, Coach and Trainer.
