This event aligns with the Personal, Professional and Organizational Application of ATD's Talent Development Capability Model.

Join us for an engaging evening as we explore the TD Capability Model with a focus on technology. Morgean Hirt from ATD National will provide an overview of the capability model and share stats specific to the Metro DC Chapter. We will then focus on the technology-related capabilities of the model.

Please ensure you are logged into your ATD National account (if you're a Power Member) so you can explore the capability model in conjunction with the presentation. For those who've already taken your self-assessment, we'd love for you to share your experience with it and how it's helped in your professional development.

Last and certainly not least, we are excited to welcome members from the Central PA Chapter to this program!

Presenter:  Morgean Hirt
