Biography

Carol Goldsmith, The Discovery Coach, has been helping leaders and executives discover the best in themselves since the turn of the century. Her proprietary coaching models and tools include Return on Experience (ROX)™, The Intelligent Outcome™, and the 4A Coaching Skills Model.™  An ICF-credentialed coach, Carol is a certified trainer in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), certified practitioner of Ericksonian hypnosis, and graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and the World Institute for Action Learning.  She serves as Secretary of the ICF-DC Metro Chapter and chair of its 2013 Prism Awards for excellence in organizational coaching
