Judith has been an active member of the local chapter of the Association of Talent Development for the last four years, currently serving on the board in her second of three years as President. Her introduction to board volunteerism was as the Director of the Communities of Practice (CoP), managing four active CoPs and the nine corresponding CoP leaders.
Judith is a Learning & Development professional with 20 years of experience developing talent development solutions in a variety industries. She has earned a PMP® license along with certifications from the Phillips ROI Institute, the Kirkpatrick Four Levels of Evaluation program, the LUMA Design Thinking Institute and Training Industries' Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM™). She has been a people manager, storyboard and content designer, eLearning developer, project manager and facilitator.
