  • 15 Dec 2022
  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
  • 2022 Virtual Conference Session

Wellbeing is not all about navigating our emotions and stress perfectly. A key component is developing greater self-awareness since that often drives our choices, responses, and reactions. You are invited to join us for an experiential session that will guide you on a parallel track of identifying and gaining insight into your own emotions as well as considering how you can apply these understandings in the workplace. The session will include guided practices, reflection, time for discussion and Q & A. Attendees will leave with a greater understanding of identifying their own emotions and how to connect that to the workplace.

Learning Outcomes:

Participants will learn how to take a mindful approach to identifying their own emotions.

  • Participants will learn specific techniques which can assist in regulating these emotions.
  • Participants will consider how to integrate these understandings into the workplace.
