This event aligns with the Personal Capability Application of ATD's Talent Development Capability Model.

Do you ever second-guess your abilities or feel undeserving of your achievements? Do you sometimes experience anxiety towards or fear of your responsibilities? Do you ever feel like a barrier to your own success?

If you are feeling like an impostor at work, you are not alone. According to statistics published in Psychology Today, between 25 and 30 percent of high achievers may suffer from imposter syndrome and around 70 percent of adults may experience impostor syndrome at least once in their lifetime.

The speaker (Dr. Vinod Jain) will speak on overcoming impostor syndrome and moving towards greater confidence and self-awareness. The session will cover topics such as the root causes of impostor syndrome, how it manifests, impacts on career and personal well-being, and strategies for overcoming it, among others.

The attendees will have a chance to share their own experiences and takeaways in an interactive way.
