Presenter:  Adina Luca

Adina Luca is the director of financial management consulting company Profitable Insights Ltd in London, UK established in 2015. Her clients are owners and managers of small businesses in professional services. She spends her days making the most of her clients’ financial, marketing and any other business data to derive insights that inform their day to day strategic decisions. She then sets up tools to monitor the effects of their decisions through setting up fully customised financial reports and hence building a ‘virtuous cycle’ of profitability.

Adina uses her personal experience to help entrepreneurs all around the world to grow their business. Her current clients are located in UK, Romania, Poland, Canada and Singapore. She set up and ran her own medium-sized training and consulting business, where she employed fifteen people, and sold it after nine years. In London, she co-founded an analytics company that is now successfully run by her partner. She knows the joys and pains of small business inside out.

Adina has a multidisciplinary approach to consulting. Her education includes a professional diploma in management accounting with CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) in London, HR Management professional post-graduate diploma courses with Seneca College, Toronto, and a Master’s in Psychotherapy with Regent’s University in London. She is also a certified Prince2© project management practitioner as of 2015.
