This 2-part virtual learning event will teach you how to create effective instructional materials starting with needs analysis and ending with evaluation. Through a project-based approach, you'll learn how to identify learner needs, design engaging content, and evaluate learning outcomes.
In addition, this learning series will provide you with a solid understanding of the key principles of adult learning, including how to design learner-centered instruction that promotes active engagement. You'll also gain insights into different instructional design models and best practices for using multimedia and technology to enhance learning experiences.
