This 2-part virtual learning event will teach you how to create effective instructional materials starting with needs analysis and ending with evaluation. Through a project-based approach, you'll learn how to identify learner needs, design engaging content, and evaluate learning outcomes. In addition, this learning series will provide you with a solid understanding of the key principles of adult learning, including how to design learner-centered instruction that promotes active engagement. You'll also gain insights into different instructional design models and best practices for using multimedia and technology to enhance learning experiences. Join us on this exciting journey of creating impactful learning experiences and gaining the skills to become a successful instructional designer!
