This event aligns with the Personal and Organizational Application of ATD's Talent Development Capability Model.

As Peter Drucker said, Organizational culture does eat strategy for breakfast. Organizational culture is the most significant lever that impacts all other internal conditions. We are excited to offer, within this session, an introduction to the Path Forward Consulting Culture Equity Framework.

The framework, a comprehensive suite of solutions, treats culture like the business commodity that it is and will solve the many ways that organizational culture supports business success: including increased productivity, creating the spark for innovation, and the outcomes we say we want around diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion.

We recently hit the third anniversary of the most significant groundswell of allyship and public support for racial equity since the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960s. What happened to the good intentions, goals, and commitments made in the summer of 2020? News reports and studies indicate that most companies must meet those commitments.

What is the lesson we learn at this critical juncture in history?
