Please join us for this fun and interactive session on handling challenging conversations. Whether the topic is around difficult behaviors, performance, delicate subjects, or conflict, we will explore what makes the conversation so challenging and what tools can be brought to bear to make the discussion less contentious and result in minimal disruption to the relationship.

Speaker's Bio:
Pete Swanson, a senior partner since 2001 at Carr Swanson & Randolph, LLC, helps people and organizations better connect and communicate with each other. He is an accomplished mediator, coach, facilitator, trainer and consultant in leadership development and alignment and systemic/organizational change. With extensive domestic and international experience, he specializes in mediation/conflict resolution services training and education; complex organizational, cultural and systemic change; leadership development coaching and training.
