This event aligns with the Personal Application of ATD's Talent Development Capability Model.

At the intersection of emotional intelligence and project management, the possibility for meaningful change exists. A project that is managed without emotional intelligence will fizzle out, and miss the mark. Emotional intelligence without the clear scope and direction of good project management will not accomplish progress and goals. By combining both skills, you can elevate the impact of any team you are on.

By end of this Lunch'n Learn, participants will be able to:

  • Define emotional intelligence and project management
  • Describe the intersection of EQ and PM in their own experiences
  • Assess an opportunity in their current work to increase the intersection of PM and EQ
