As a small-business contractor, you develop and submit proposals that, if you win them, will allow you to provide valued services and cover your costs. And, if you're fortunate, to even have some profit that you can invest back in the business. Your ability to anticipate your real costs, and factor them into your costing strategies, is key to being able to develop winning proposals that you look forward to implementing. In this workshop-style session, we’ll identify and discuss common pricing strategies that consultants use in developing winning proposals.
