Today the challenge for leaders is to solve harder and more complex problems in less time than ever before. How can you help leaders develop the skills they need to not only adapt to but excel in this complex and volatile environment?  Accelerated learning offers a means of developing essential leadership skills faster, cheaper, and even better. Based on what the latest brain research indicates about how humans learn naturally, Accelerated Learning integrates a positive learning environment, total learner involvement, collaboration, multiple learning styles, and relevant contexts to unlock the potential for optimal performance. In this session, you’ll learn about the Accelerated Learning Cycle and principles. Then you’ll apply these to address your own leadership development challenges.

Speakers:

Michael Rothschild has over 30 years of experience helping organizations reach critical goals through strategic planning and improving individual performance. He is a certified Accelerated Learning Practitioner with extensive experience combining different approaches to learning for maximum impact. Michael has designed and developed a wide range of both online and classroom courses for corporate, non-profit and government clients. He incorporates accelerated learning principles into both his course designs and the instructional design process. He also uses a prototype-based design model that streamlines the course development process.
