This event aligns with the Personal, Professional and Organizational Application of ATD's Talent Development Capability Model.

In today’s fast-paced work environment, professionals often find themselves in moments of transition—between roles, projects, or even career paths. These liminal spaces can feel uncertain, but they also provide an opportunity for reflection and growth. This interactive workshop offers participants a structured pause to explore and map out their way forward, making the most of these transitional moments.

Aligned with the Building Personal Capability element of the ATD Talent Development Capability model, this session emphasizes the critical skills needed to navigate personal and professional change effectively. Participants will build self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience, learning how to manage their own development through periods of ambiguity.

Through a combination of reflective exercises and practical tools, attendees will:

  • Enhance emotional intelligence by learning to recognize and manage the emotions that accompany change.
  • Foster lifelong learning by identifying personal strengths and development areas, as well as creating actionable growth plans.
  • Cultivate resilience and adaptability, essential traits for managing transitions with confidence.
  • Strengthen cultural awareness by reflecting on how personal identity and experiences shape their approach to change in diverse environments.

This workshop provides a unique space for professionals to pause, reflect, and strategically plan their next steps, empowering them to step confidently into their future roles and opportunities.
