Appreciative Inquiry comes a different type of OD thinking; ambiguity can be embraced, and organizations can continually learn and grow. Many of today’s prominent OD interventions are geared to fix those things, which are not preforming up to expectations. Appreciative Inquiry captures the things an organization is doing well, understanding there are many ways to get to the desired result. Then strives to create a new reality through future possibilities. Our January meeting will be the foundation of an Appreciative Inquiry project examine the Leadership Development SIG to explore our core values and how to improve the value our SIG delivers.
