What are our leaders looking for in terms of leadership development? What types of training and performance support do they find most useful in helping them meet their most pressing challenges? These are just a couple of the questions that our panel of private industry and government leaders will address. The rest of the questions will come from you. In this informal conversation, you’ll get a chance to find out what’s really meaningful to leaders when it comes to leadership development.
 
Please email your questions to Neal Henderson at leadership_sig@dcastd.org by Feb 8th. (We will compile the questions and pass them to the Panelists.) Panelists will also address questions raised during the session, as time allows.
