Where Artificial Intelligence Meets Authentic Connection

AI is a fantastic resource, but it’s ability to rapidly suggest session outlines or training activities can’t stand alone when it comes to experiences that resonate with learners and connect to meaningful learning and business outcomes. Training comes alive when it is ignited by the human experience. When it comes to building connections, we have no tool more powerful than storytelling.

Storytelling is perhaps the most human training strategy talent development professionals have at their fingertips. Stories build confidence, generate trust, and activate our brains so that learning and knowledge retention is easier and more enjoyable. Content rarely stands alone; it needs context and examples to add color and value, and that’s where facilitators can shine in any setting. When we incorporate stories into training delivery, we create genuine, memorable experiences for the learner in an environment where they can form essential connections with both important content and the people with whom they share the learning event.

This session will invite learners to consider how AI can support training design and delivery as they humanize generated content through storytelling.
