What do leaders lead? Yes, they lead people, but they also lead organizations.

Using a seven-piece puzzle framework, Jeff Parks of Performance Breakthroughs, Inc. (PBI) will lead the audience through an interactive experience, examining where each level of leadership impacts seven critical components of Organizational Excellence and High Performance Organizations.

Along with a heightened understanding of how to lead to Organizational Excellence (at whatever level you can make a difference), everyone will be equipped with tools and an action plan template for immediate application of the evening’s learning.

Speaker: Jeff Parks

Jeffrey Parks is the founder and President of PBI. Jeff served a 20 year career in the US Coast Guard and finished as the Director of Training, Workforce Performance Improvement, and Leader Development. He is certified in Strategic Change Management (CSM) and was a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT). Jeff facilitates the “Managerial Development for Organizational Effectiveness” Certificate program for George Mason University (GMU) and is also an adjunct instructor for The Performance Institute (PI)/American Strategic Management Institute (ASMI). He is passionate about helping organizations,  teams, and individuals achieve excellence. Jeff shares his expertise freely and helps clients as a trainer, executive coach, and organizational coach.

Recently his company was the prime in helping the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) create its initial Executive Capstone (leader development) Program.
