Topic: Matters of the Heart

In this rapidly changing world, individuals live at a tremendously busy pace that often leads to extreme stress. When this occurs it is difficult to be coherent, respond effectively to our environment, and be aware of what is happening in our own physiology moment to moment. The science of heart intelligence has uncovered how the heart and brain communicate emotional messages through their neural connections. By using the Heartmath Solution (Childre & Martin) a person can refine their awareness and listening skills by not only hearing the words but also accessing the message on a sensory level. Join us on April 2nd to learn how the science of heart intelligence can increase your ability to be more coherent, present, and resilient.

Presenter: Angela Stevens, COTA, CST
