Appreciative Inquiry is a different type of OD thinking; ambiguity can be embraced, and organizations can continually learn and grow. Many of today’s prominent OD interventions are geared to fix those things, which are not preforming up to expectations. Appreciative Inquiry captures the things an organization is doing well, understanding there are many ways to get to the desired result. Then strives to create a new reality through future possibilities. Building on Our January meeting, we will conduct the first focus group to examine the Leadership Development SIG to explore successes, then start determining our core for our Community of Practice.

Facilitator: Neil Henderson

Founder and Owner of Front Row Performance Results, a former Navy Master Chief Petty Officer and a “change agent” since the early 1990’s, his extensive public and private sector experience ranges from developing leaders and managers, leading complex change efforts, and increasing human performance.  He has spent 30 years creating successful organizations that are grounded in organizational- and leadership development practices.
