Move from a training order taker to a strategic business partner! Learn how to not only get a seat at the table but make a significant contribution while you're there. Identify the appropriate role for the internal consultant, build and maintain management's commitment to training, diagnose training problems correctly and use techniques to work with line managers effectively.

Here are some of the techniques you'll walk away with:

  • Determine the root cause of performance problems
  • Partner with management to get results
  • Use an 8-step process to move your role from trainer to internal consultant
  • Craft a plan to increase performance in your organization

After this workshop you will be able to make a significant contribution to your organization's bottom line by focusing on performance improvement vs. training activities. You CAN change your organization's view of the integral role you play in its success.
