Topic: An Introduction to Visual Journaling – Going Deeper than Words

Everyone has the ability to express feelings and emotions using their inner language of imagery. Join us for the first meeting of the 2013-2014 year and discover Visual Journaling. This tool provides a powerful way of accessing inner awareness and self knowledge, and most people find it more informative that regular journaling. It is about expressing a language of images whose alphabet is color, shape, line, form, and texture. Images can express what words cannot. Through this modality you will learn “what only you know” about your imagery and its meaning.

Come experience visual journaling for yourself and consider how you can use it with your coaching clients. Using art can help to reduce stress, overcome road blocks or challenges, and give voice to the soul….even if you can’t draw!
