Games can transform leadership development from passive pursuit to active achievement. They provide a safe place for leaders to try out new strategies and see what works best for them. Now, you can help test drive a new game that launches the Capstone seminar of the two-year Defense Senior Leader Development Program. Be prepared to be challenged in a playful way and to offer constructive feedback for improving the game. Come see leadership development in action.
