Description:

If you find an image on Google, can you put it in your PowerPoint? Is it OK to play music as participants arrive? Can you embed a YouTube video in an e-learning course? Can you create something in one job and then use it in your next job? Do these answers change if you are a for-profit company? An independent consultant? A non-profit? A government agency?

Get expert legal answers to important copyright questions to help keep you out of legal hot water. Intellectual property lawyers Jonathan Frieden and Leigh Winstead will explain how to protect yourself from legal liability, honor the copyrights of others, and protect your own content.
