Action Learning is a powerful tool and method that develops leaders and organizations in real time. In fact, Business Week (October 10, 2005) identified action learning as the latest and fastest growing organizational tool for leadership development.  At its core, action learning is the fundamental belief that we learn best by doing.  By taking actions and reflecting on the results, we are able to better understand how and why things work the way they do.  Taking this one step farther, action learning proposes we can learn from the insights and experiences of others as well. In this session, you will experience action learning as a tool, a philosophy, and powerful methodology that can transform the way you and your organization use learning to solve problems and develop your employees. Please bring an issue/challenge that you, your leaders, or your organization need to address, so you can to try out action learning and see its potential for solving real problems while promoting learning.
