Everyone’s talking about Emotional Intelligence and the Emotional Quotient-inventory (EQ-i), but what is all the fuss about? Then you’ve got the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and its colorful triangle; is it worth using? And the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)--it’s been around for years--it still relevant?  And how is it different than DISC?

In this session, OKA president and master trainer Hile Rutledge will take you through an interactive overview of the EQ-i, SDI, and MBTI assessments.  You’ll learn what each tool has to offer and when it is best to use (or not use that tool). Plus, you’ll get to try a little bit of each tool yourself.

Agenda:

6:00 Networking

6:30 Dinner

7:00 Program

8:30 Adjourn
